Apukka Resort offers a range of accommodations, including Kammi Glass Igloo Suites, Komsio Glass Igloo Suites, and Aurora Cabin Kings, all designed for viewing the Northern Lights. Some cabins feature heated panorama glass roofs that remain clear of frost and snow. The 200 m² Villa, constructed in 1948, houses up to 14 people and includes three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, and high-quality, Scandinavian-style furnishing. Aitta, a historical Lappish house, provides an unforgettable setting for events.

Restaurant Aitta serves traditional Finnish cuisine with modern touches, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu emphasizes local ingredients, including fish, berries, and meat. Aitta offers a buffet and an à la carte menu for dinner. The Lobby Bar Riihi also has a bar with spirits, wines, local specialties, coffees, and snacks.

Guests can control the team of huskies towing the sled. Reindeer rides cover approximately a 2-kilometer route through Lappish nature. Apukka Resort is 18 km (20-minute drive) from Rovaniemi, 12 km (15-minute drive) from Rovaniemi Airport, and 8 km (10-minute drive) from Santa Claus Village. It is located between two lakes and is accessible via the Apukka Shuttle Bus from Rovaniemi city center. Rovaniemi's city center is less than five minutes away and includes supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, taxi ranks, and a railway station.

Apukka Resort provides Aurora hunting tours, guiding guests to prime viewing spots. The resort has roughly 90 huskies, 20 reindeer, and ten horses.
