Apukka Resort features distinct accommodations. The Kammi Glass Igloo Suites include a kitchenette and twin beds under a panorama sky view window. Aurora Cabin Kings offer viewing of Lapland from a nest-like private hut with a heated panorama glass roof that stays clear of frost and snow. A beautiful Lappish house with high-quality, Scandinavian-style furnishing is available, capable of housing up to 14 people. The 200 m² villa, built in 1948, has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge area, a kitchen, and a dining room. Other options include apartments with fireplaces, air conditioning, private entrances, bedrooms, bathrooms with showers and bidets, kitchens with stovetops and refrigerators, soundproof walls, tea and coffee makers, seating areas, and terraces. Select units offer lake views. A glass cabin has air conditioning, a fireplace, and a seating area. One can add a private sauna for an extra charge in front of the cabin.

Restaurant Aitta serves traditional Finnish cuisine with a modern twist for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features local ingredients like fish, berries, and meat. A bar is available in Restaurant Aitta and Lobby Bar Riihi, offering spirits, wines, local specialties, coffees, and snacks.

Apukka Resort has activities such as husky sledding and reindeer rides. Guests can explore with eFatbikes and snowshoes, with a tube slide on the premises free of charge. A frozen lake next to the Resort is available for walks. Bonfires are lit nightly, and an Aurora Alert app is offered. Winter clothing, including boots, overalls, mittens, and woolen socks, is provided for activities. The resort has roughly 90 huskies, 20 reindeer, and ten horses. Guided Aurora hunting tours lead to forests, lakes, and marshlands. Ranua Wildlife Park, with polar bears and 200 arctic animals, is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi.

Apukka Resort is 5 km from Rovaniemi and 55 km from Rovaniemi Airport. It is near Lake Olkkajärvi, which typically freezes in October and melts in April-May. The resort is less than five minutes from Rovaniemi's city center. Apukka Shuttle Bus provides transport between the Resort, Santa Claus Village, and Rovaniemi city center from August to April. The resort is located between two lakes.

Apukka Resort provides high-quality winter clothing for guests participating in winter activities, including winter boots, thermal overalls, mittens, and woolen socks. This private villa is also transformed into a meeting or private dinner venue, capable of being decorated and configured to meet your needs. The resort provides an Aurora Alert Realtime app. Tours are upgradable, with many tours on private land. The staff provides knowledge and tips for hunting and photographing the Northern Lights. A professional reindeer herder guides the reindeer, and on horse sleigh rides, the guide is responsible for guiding the animals. Children under 15 travel in a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile.
